Company Founder, CTO and technical evangelist, Rob brings his vast experience from working globally for IBM and HP, now leading the Insightful Technology group specialising in it’s own trademarked mobile voice recording platform Soteria™ which currently supports 150+ Global Banks linking IT Infrastructure to Carrier grade solution platforms, delivering compliance, efficiency and managed service.
Rob is also instrumental in harnessing the company's R&D unit to work with new clients and VC funded technical projects where the group expertise is leveraged into new directions to address client specific requirements.
Insightful Technology’s Chief Operating Officer, Alan Stewart, is responsible for the company’s client deliverables and contract service lead commitments. Alan brings significant experience in business operations having worked across multiple industries, and helping organisations, of all sizes, increase revenues through improved efficiencies within their operations.
Prior to Insightful Technology as Chief Operating Officer, Alan worked for a world leading e-learning and educational company; he was instrumental in restructuring the business, while increasing profitability and revenues by over 30%. Early on in his career, while working within government and financial organisations, and subsequently covering numerous other industries, he has leveraged his skills in organisational data management, compliance and security, to develop strategic solutions that have opened new markets and significant incremental revenue growth.
Steve was added to the management team in 2015 to define the group transformation into a sales lead global organisation.
With a background in engineering and business process management, he brings with him a wealth of experience having spent many years with the likes of T-Mobile, Truphone, Telefonica and latterly Deutsche Telekom where he built a global high touch sales team to provide telco solutions and services to MNOs and MVNOs. Steve has responsibility for the group’s sales and marketing strategy across all current technologies, with the aim to open new sales channels both for the UK and global markets.
